No-shows and late cancellations from the last 14 days that haven't had a fee charged yet. Charging goes straight to the patient's card on file for whatever amount is shown - edit it first if you want to charge something other than the suggested 50%.
Appointments from the last 30 days where a charge was attempted but never went through — almost always a declined card. Doesn't include patients who simply have no card on file (paying in person). Update the card on the first tab, then retry here.
For a patient you've already added to Cliniko yourself (e.g. after booking them in over the phone) — find them by name and get a link straight to their new patient form, no appointment booking or card details required. The link stays valid for 14 days.
A referral only counts once the referred friend has actually attended and been charged for their first session — not just when they type a name on the intake form. 1st and 2nd completed referral each get a $15 credit (automatically deducted from that person's own next session charge); 3rd+ triggers 15% off all their own sessions for 6 months, extending with every further referral. Nothing here needs a manual charge - credits and discounts are applied automatically by the billing cycle every 20 minutes; "Apply credits now" just runs that check immediately instead of waiting.
Friend referrals where the typed name didn't confidently match one existing patient - not linked to anyone yet, so they won't count toward a total until you match them manually in Cliniko.
